He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Pinkley and Vinnie Pinkley (Hill); his daughter Trichelle; his sister Irene Cheaney; and his stepson Jonathan Walker.

He is survived by : his wife Debra Pinkley of Kimball, NE; his daughters, Hollie Levias (Fred) of Kimball, NE and Wendy Cooper of Cheyenne, WY; his stepson Bryon Walker (Tracy) of Cheyenne, WY; and his siblings, Frank Pinkley of Cheyenne, WY, James Pinkley of Harrison, AK and Jan Garding of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
