She is survived by : her children, Tim Rutherford (Shannon) of Jay, OK, Darrell Rutherford (Alison) of Papillion, NE and Mary Banyard of Omaha, NE; and her siblings, David Payne of Miami, OK, Wanda Barr of Baxter Springs, KS, Mickey Vogle of Chetopa and Debra Crumrine of Chetopa, KS. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
