She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Wojtyna and Cecilia Wojtyna. She is survived by : her children, Linda (Chuck) of Franklin, WI, Thomas (Dawn) of Plattsmouth, NE and James (Jan) of Calcium, NY.; her grandchildren, Matthew, Marissa, Marcus, Mason and Hannah; and her sister Carole.

Private Family Service. lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Disabled American Veterans in Patricia's memory.
