He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Spencer and Hazel Spencer; his former life partner Margaret Bigley (Kauder); his siblings, Raymond and Virginia Barnett; and his daughter Dixie Lee Adams.
He is survived by : his sister Virginia Lee; his daughters, Pamela Sue and Penny Jolene (Bruce); his wife Diane; his sisters, Ruth Ann Williams of Crossville, Mary Alice Spencer of Crossville and Margaret Kauder of Longmont, Colorado.; and his children, Pam Cullip of Sterling Colorado, Brett Spencer of Lewellen and Kay Lynn Gill (Bill) of Rock Springs, Wyoming.. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
