She is survived by : her sons, Larry Thornburg of Lexington, Marvin Thornburg (Dana) of Lexington, Randall Thornburg (Cherryl) of Lexington and Steven Thornburg (Tammey) of Dallas, Texas; her grandchildren, Brad Thornburg (Reece) of Elwood, Brian Thornburg (Brandi) of Lexington, Abby Brecks (Bill) of Lexington, Austin Thornburg of Grand Island, Kim Curry (Josh) of Dallas, Monte Thornburg (Megan) of Dallas, Melissa Thornburg, Mike Sanchez of Denver and Christopher Thornburg (Rebecca) of Holstein, Nebraska; her great grandchildren, Brittney, Perry, Easton, Hunter, Makayla, Jackson, Annalynn, Jaxon, Hayden, Randalin, Allee, Tyler (Paige), Christian, Riley, Kaden, Rieselynn, Hudson, Tessa and Bailey; her great great grandchild Oakley; and her sister Judy Corlis of Denver, Colorado. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (205 E 7th St, Lexington, NE 68850). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Minden Cemetery (801 W 1st St, Minden, NE 68959).
