Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Vinson Hiatt and Melba Hiatt; and her brother Randy Hiatt. She is survived by : her sons, Scott Borgmann (Terri) and Dan Borgmann; her sister Bonita Montanez; her sister-in-law Eloise Hiatt; and her grandson Charlie Borgmann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
