He was predeceased by: his parents, The Reverend Charles Parker and Elma Brown Spencer; and his brothers, William Spencer and Theodore David Spencer of New Orleans, LA.. He is survived by: his wife Floretta Shumake Spencer of Macon, GA; his daughter Amber; his grandsons, Kai Hall and Taron Williams; and his children, Charles Spencer, III, Jaton Spencer and Diana Washington. He is also survived by friends and family-brother, sisters, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, nieces and nephews.
