She was predeceased by : her parents, Viola Lora Birkman (McKenzie) and Herman John Birkman; her husband John Frew; her children, Patricia Lee Frew and Richard John Frew; her daughter-in-law Carol Frew (Svarc); her siblings, Helen Louise Birkman and Fred (Georgia Birkman); and her sister-in-law Georgia Birkman.
She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Lois Frew of Crete; her son Jim; her daughter-in-law Laura Frew of Martell; her daughter Carol; her son-in-law Bruce Kelley of Vermillion, SD; her grandchildren, Matt Frew (Amber), Jenny Meints (Chris), Hillary McCann (Bryan), Caleb Frew, Kyle Frew, James Kelley and Rebecca Kelley; her stepgrandchildren, Stephanie Grade (Shane), Tara Brock (Travis), Kylie Magdanz (Luke) and Nathan Bahr; and her siblings-in-law, Warren Williams and Dorothy Moore (Frew). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
