Lavern Zart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2025, Lavern Zart of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucile Klimm (Jackson) and Leonard Klimm; her husband Wes; her son Troy; and her sister Lila Wiebelhaus.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim (Nancee Zart) and Todd (Shelley Zart); her grandsons, Aaron Zart (Jacqueline Goering) of Florissant, MO and Kyle Zart (Maren Schuttler) of Lincoln; her stepgranddaughter Aimee McGoveran of Columbia, MO; and her brother Randy Klimm of Lincoln. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
Those wishing to make a memorial gift are encouraged to direct memorials to St. Mark's United Methodist Church of Lincoln. In lieu of flowers or memorials, the family encourages the performance of random acts of kindness in LaVern's memory.
