She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Marie (Anderson) and Rasmus Nielsen; her sisters, Orgretta Caroline and Norma Floy; and her daughter Carol.
She is survived by: her husband Lynn Heusinkvelt; her daughters, Leanne, Connie and Amy (Thomas); her grandchildren, Brian (Laura), Michelle, Jessica (Anthony), Aiden, Connor and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Garrett, Ryder, Roman, Tristan and Penelope.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association in memory of Leila.
