He is survived by: his parents, Curley Arms and Alma Phillips; his wife Merna Phillips; his children, Christie Walbridge, Rick Phillips, Cindy Marshalek, Debbie Phillips and Lori Hunter (Jason); and his sisters, Priscilla Phipps (Joe) and Patty Brown (Richard). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren.
