He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, E. F. Soukup and Mary A. Soukup; his wife Shirley Ann Bentz; his children, Barbara Laughlin (Thomas) of Kansas City, John T. Soukup (Mary Ann) of Bandon and Thomas M. Soukup of Lincoln, Nebraska.; his grandchildren, Daniel Laughlin (Erin), Patrick Laughlin, John Laughlin (Tori) and Sara Laughlin; and his great grandchildren, Robby, Henry, Walter and Hattie.
