He was predeceased by : his parents, John Piontkowski and Agnes Piontkowski (Szafrajda); his parents-in-law, Steve and Irene Kizior; his siblings, Richard Piontkowski, Ronald Piontkowski, Ellen Kowalewski and Marilyn Czaplewski; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Bannister, Jean Piontkowski, Gayle Bannister and Reggie Welles.
He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Kizior; his children, Cynthia, Juliana, Debbie Harshbarger, Cyndie Schoof (Doug), Julie Roy (David) and Robbie Piontkowski; his grandchildren, Kyle Frear, Travis Frear (Rebecca), Quinten Harshbarger, Jakob Piontkowski, Stefanie Kuszak (Eric), Jamie Roy and Spencer Schoof (Molly); his great grandchildren, Taelyn, Breckyn, Brooklyn, Rowyn Kuszak, Layton, Lane Frear, Luke and Violet Schoof; his sister Lois Welles; and his sister-in-law Winona Piontkowski.
Memorials are suggested to the Donor's Choice, Loup City Fire, Loup City EMT's or Grace Cancer Foundation in Grand Island.
