He is survived by: his stepfather James Boyer; his former wife Kathryn Swanson; his wife Kathy of Madison, NE; his children, Ellie Kobashigawa (Mike), Casey Boyer, Hannah Patron (Jose), Kelly Dodson, Greg Dodson (Wendy), Kara VanSurksum (Jason) and Jodi Dodson; and his sister Tina Trojan. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
