He is survived by : his spouse Donna Gilliland; his children, Allen Hazen of Curtis, Dennis Hazen (Deb) of Curtis and Joyce Fischer (Duane) of Norton; his grandchildren, Jeremy Hazen of Oskaloosa, Ambjour Parsons (Brandon) of Oskaloosa, IA, Chad Hazen of Lincoln, Shawn Hazen (April Otto) of Lincoln, Bryan Wood (Jennifer) of McCook, Kacey Wood of Madrid, Dakota Hazen of Curtis, LeahAnn Hazen (Jonathon Hazen) of Wichita, KS, Michael Hazen of Curtis, Jasmine Tutlam-Hazen of Curtis, Crystal Fischer of Norton, Shine Fischer (Erinn) of Pembroke Pines, Aislinn Nelson (Randy) of Curtis, Rachel Faber (Tyler) of Curtis, Craig Hazen (Brittney Kramer) of Curtis, Cassandra Wright (Dustin) of North Platte and Sarah Smith (North Platte); his brother Gene (Marlene Hazen) of Globe; and his sister-in-law Delores Hazen. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
