He was predeceased by : his parents, Adolph Werkmeister and Ella Werkmeister (Klug); his wife Lucille Large; his siblings, Leo (Jean Werkmeister), Max (Donna Werkmeister), Earnest, Elgie, Raymond and Darlene Werkmeister; and his brother-in-law Chet Bennett.
He is survived by : his children, Alvin (Sina Jo) of Maywood, Allan of Curtis, Verneta Werkmeister of Maywood and Julie Johnson (Kevin) of Keensburg, CO.; his grandchildren, Bobbi Dilfer (Lance), Shelby, Jared, Luke Werkmeister (Lisa), Ryan and Steven; his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Nathan, Joslyn, Marc Werkmeister (Jessica), Britton, Berkley, Wallace, Jayde Koch (Gary), Rosie, Ezekiel, Christoper Werkmeister (Michelle), Winston, Gertie, Prudence, Lennon and Michael Werkmeister (Dani); his sisters, Lois Bennett of Niwot, CO and Arlene Werkmeister; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Werkmeister and Roberta Werkmeister.
Memorials may be given to the Maywood Community Center or Donors Choice.
