He is survived by: his girlfriend Nancy Swanson of Mead; his daughters, Cheryl (Duane Johnson) and Candy (Chad Johnson); his grandchildren, Kristina, Brett Nardoni, Dr. Olivia Johnson, Dr. Brian Bayer, Victoria, Boston Rew, Sheldon Johnson, Kennedy Johnson and Lainey Johnson; and his siblings, Gaylene, Neal Wentworth of Franklin, Jim, Marlene Kennedy of Omaha, Joe and Peg Kennedy of North Carolina.
