She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Holsten and Elva Holsten (Shogren); her son Dwight; her husband Wisthi A. Thomsen; and her siblings, Sheila Walstor, Marlene Castle and LaMoine Holsten.
She is survived by : her sons, Eric (Mary) of Beatrice, Brian of Minden, Kirk (Marian) of Hudson, OH and Kent (Alice) of Axtell. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
