He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Peterson (Myers) of Nebr; his children, Danette Greenfield (Bruce) of Huxley, IA and Scott Knickman of Sikeston, MO; his grandchildren, Matt Knickman (Candice) of Cleveland, OH, Megan Stegall (Jason) of St. Louis, MO, Alex Greenfield (Kim) of Kamrar, IA and Dan Greenfield of Cleveland, OH; his stepchildren, Rex Peterson of Nebr and Renee Peterson of Nebr; his stepgrandsons, Josh Peterson (Samantha) of Nebr and Rex Peterson II of Nebr; and his brother Bill Knickman (Jan) of Nebr.
Memorials may be given to Shriners Children's Hospital or the donor's favorite charity.
