She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kuffel and Victoria Kuffel (Kurtz); her husband Ben Kuszak; her son-in-law Don Brewer; her siblings, Ben Kuffel, Mary Guzinski and Elizabeth Kuszak; and her brothers-in-law, Alonzo Guzinski, Clemence Kuszak and Paul Pilakowski.
She is survived by: her children, Vee Kuszak of Kokomo, IN, Linda Brewer of Omaha, Rita and Jim Shoemaker of North Loup; and her sister Jean Pilakowski of Portland, OR.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Polish Heritage Center in Ashton or to North Loup Pride for the purchase of planters for main street.
