It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myron Walker (North Platte, Nebraska), born in Lewis, Iowa, who passed away on December 31, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn; his parents, Joe and Eva; and his siblings, Joe, Jr., JoAnn Walker and Shirley Walker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Walker, Beth Hampton and Mashell Anderson (Craig Lush); his sister Patricia Payton (Donald) of North Platte; his grandchildren, Andrew Chessmore (Rebecca), Christina Chessmore, Justin Chessmore, Kyle Mercer (Nellie), Bryan Mercer (Nicole) and Rebecca Baker; his great grandchildren, Brittanya, Geoffery, Brooklynn, Gillian, Brenden, Gwendolen Allen, Ryan, Noah Chessmore, Ashton, Harper Knoles, Matthew, Ashley, Seth, Brooke Knotts, Johnathen, Riley Bremenkamp, Jacob, Caleb Mercer, Damian, Jediah VanMeter-Mercer, Triden, Orlando VanMeter and Lucas Baker; and his great great grandchild Jasmine Roth.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the North Platte Opportunity Center or the North Platte Baptist Church.
