He is survived by: his spouse Dyanne Woodward; his children, Anna Songer of South Dakota, Kenneth Noltensmeier (Delynne) of Texas, LaDonna White (Walter) of Kentucky, Rhonda Graham of Ohio, Richard Noltensmeier Jr. of North Platte and Dawn Noltensmeier of Kansas; and his siblings, Clarence Noltensmeier, Wayne Noltensmeier, Alice Dietz, Viola Cartee and Lorene Russell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
