With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Louise Price of North Platte, Nebraska, who passed away on February 4, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lenard Johnston and Mabel Johnston (Miller); her children, Sherry R. Grandle (Price) and Shane N. Price; and her sister Cheryl Johnston.

She is survived by : her husband Gary Price of North Platte; her children, Shauna Price McMorris (Jimmie "Eric" Crudup) of North Platte and Steven Price (Brenda Yott) of Sutherland; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Price of Geneva; and her siblings, Colleen Dubry (Don) of North Platte, Gaylene Lueck (Bob) of Lexington, Gary Johnston (Anna) of Texas, Stan Johnston (Donna) of Texas, Dennis Johnston (Melody) of Florida and Doug Johnston (Barb) of North Platte. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren.
