It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol E. Heidbrink of Odell, Nebraska, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. E. R. Carman and Elsa L. Carman (Friday); her brother E. R. "Zeb" Carman; her brothers-in-law, Dennis Heidbrink, Russell Heidbrink and Kenneth Bowers; her niece Julie Carman; and her great-niece Courtney Dawn Rieckenberg.

She is survived by : her son Odell; her husband Charlie Heidbrink; her sons, David Heidbrink (Connie) of Beatrice and Mark Heidbrink (Lisa) of Lincoln; her sister Susan Bowers of Fairbury; her niece Debbie Carman of Carbondale; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenni Bernhardt, Tara Hanshaw, Kacie Heidbrink and Miranda Heidbrink; and also, Riley, Bryce Bernhardt, Blake and Brant Hanshaw.
