It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Adam M. Koslosky (Omaha, Nebraska), who passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepmother Betty Koslosky; and also Retiring. He is survived by: his spouse Kathryn; his sons, Christopher (Erica) and Matthew (Morgan); his grandchildren, Paige, Gavin, Henry and Sadie; his siblings, Pierce, Jr. (Candy), Michael Koslosky (Christine), Steven Koslosky and Nancy Moran (Arthur); his brother-in-law Michael Hoskins (Connie); and his mother-in-law Mary Hoskins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Adam's name to these organizations.
