He was predeceased by: his mother Carole Johnston Speer; his grandmother Vera Johnston; and his father-in-law Donald Holt. He is survived by: his wife Allison Speer; his children, Anaka Speer, Bailey Bartunek and Hudson Speer; his father Harlan Speer; his sister Tiffany Speer; his nephew Colby Speer; his grandfather Bill Johnston; his uncle Rich Loewenstein; his aunt Deb Loewenstein; his mother-in-law Pat Holt; and his brothers-in-law, Andrew (Katie) and Matthew (Kate). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
