He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne. He is survived by: his sons, Jay (Shari) and James (Vicki); his grandchildren, Michele and Shae Lynn; and his great grandchildren, MadiLynn, GraceLynn, Jaxson, HarLynn, Ashlyn and James.
