She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Pritchard and Emily Pritchard. She is survived by : her husband Rich; her daughters, Becca Rotert (Sky) and Liz Salkin (Nathan Kopisch); her grandchildren, Hadley and Jonah; her brother Mark Pritchard; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Salkin and Dede Spiegal.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Cindy's name to the American Cancer Society.
