He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Bice and Janet Bice (Noble); and his brother Charles Bice. He is survived by: his sisters, Kim VanHorn (Marty) of Fremont, Lorrie King (Tim) of Fremont and Alicia Sabatka of Blair; and his stepmother Delores Bice of Fremont.
