He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Dorothy; and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Mollak (Justin Zimmerman), Timothy Mollak (Jessi) and Jessica Mollak; his grandchildren, Zayden, Osmond, Maximus and Zeke; and his brother Roger Mollak (Keleigh).
