He is survived by: his wife Judith; his brother James (Mary); his children, Kathleen Gacek, Elizabeth Rose (Bryan), Kevin Gacek (Ashlee), Nancy Gacek (Julie Hull) and Michael Gacek (Anne); his grandchildren, Sarah Rose Fleuren (Daniel), Blake Rose, Scott Rose, Natalie Rose, Janie Gacek, Avery Gacek and Parker Gacek; and his great grandchildren, Brooks Fleuren and Gentry Fleuren.
