He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward and Alice Evelyn Lewis (Hahn); his brother-in-law Kelley E. Bolton; and his son Randy. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Newill); his daughters, Lindsay Frederickson (Jesse) and Jamie Dworak; his sister Sandy Bolton Chambers (Jim) of Sierra Vista, AZ; and his grandchildren, Jesse, Tyler, Haile, Brock, McKenna, Aubrie and Avery. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
