It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Jane Hannum (Omaha, Nebraska), who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 1, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Jane Hannum to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by : her parents, Joshuwa Hannum and Deena Hannum; her sisters, Ruby and Jade; her grandparents, James, Sr. of Bennington, Terrisa Hannum of Bennington, Dean of Bennington and Debbie Slechta of Bennington; and her great-grandparents, Bonita Hannum of Omaha and Helen Slechta of Springfield, NE. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being collected at the Bank of Bennington in Josh, Deena, and Hazel's name.
