She was predeceased by: her parents, Auris McIntosh (Oak) and Mary McIntosh (Gerty); her daughter Elva Gertrude (Trudy); and her siblings, Richard (Dickie), Oland (Oley), John (Johnny), Orris, Loren (Goodie), Howard, Edna Hall and Marjorie Lavely.
She is survived by: her daughter Lawrence Gaddy; and also, Lynda Gaddy, Howard Olsen (Douglas), Elaine McIntosh, James Olsen, Susan Olsen, Jody Olsen, Julie Kenkel and Rod Kenkel. She is also survived by grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and nine (9) great-great grandchildren.
