He was predeceased by: his parents, Karel and Victory; and his brothers, Stanley Soucek and Steven Soucek. He is survived by: his siblings, Karel V., Victory A. Sedlacek and Marie V. Sedlacek; his sister-in-law Gerry Soucek of Normandy Park, WA; his siblings' children, Victoria Mayer, Soucek Mayer, Lindsay Mayer (Soucek), Karel J. Sedlacek, Carter G. Mayer and Millie Anne Mayer; and also, Sue Hope and Rodney Ptak.
