He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Sievers and Jean Sievers; and his brother Ken Sievers. He is survived by: his husband Chuck; his children, Terri Urban, Mick Urban (Patti) and Brent Urban (Kellie); his grandsons, Brandon Urban, Andrew Urban and Ian Urban; his nieces, Kristen Schmitz (Steve) and Laura Thompson (Will); and his friends, Barb Wray and Carrie Maxon.
