Jeff is survived by: wife Heather; daughters, Samantha Benak and Alexandra Benak; mother Patricia Nadrchal (Eugene); and siblings, John Benak (Karal), Joann Benak and Jessica Benak. Jeff is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
