Jerry was predeceased by: parents, Edward and Sophie; and brother Edward Jr. Jerry is survived by: wife Lori; children, Carly Mazzella (Ryan), Taylor Wees (Dan) and Kyler Wees; grandchildren, Mason, Joey, Ally, Cruz and Ryker; and brother Mark Wees.
