With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy (Marcell) Mayo of Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on December 30, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil Golden and Violet Golden; her son Rick; her siblings, John, Terry Golden and Charlene Nova; and her great grandchild Thomas Knoeferl.
She is survived by : her children, Russell of Kearney, Robert (Sue) of Kearney and Rod (Donna) of Florida; her sister Betty McMillan of Broken Bow; and her children, Resa Marshall (Dale) of Iowa, Rene Mayo-Rejai of Lincoln and Rhonda Pointer (Loyd) of Sargent. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
