He is survived by: his children, Tom and Pam; his wife Alice Johnson; his daughters, Linda Johnson and Carol Rice (Lynn); his grandchildren, Erica Bosscher (Vince), Siri Morken (Ryan) and John Rice (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Maria, Moses, Louis, Georgia Bosscher, Evan and Jake Morken; his siblings, Stan Johnson and Jan Moore; and his sisters-in-law, Helen Martin of Marjorie Udall and Many. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews Cousins, and Friends.
