He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his former wife Jacqueline; his sister Gertrude Kalina; his nephew Jim Kalina of William Kittoe; and his grandson Jason Roccaforte.
He is survived by: his children, Rich (Laura), Margaret, Bill (Jane), John (Debbie), Amy Roccaforte and Karen Kasuske (Jeff); his stepson George Addison (Carol); and his brother Lewis Roccaforte (Rita). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
