Robert was predeceased by: parents, Robert Sr. and Ruth Recoy; and sisters, Roseland "Kay" Mefford and Recbecca. Robert is survived by: sons, Richard Recoy (Joy) and Patrick Recoy (Nicole); and siblings, Rhonda, Roberta "Birdie", Deana and Roland Recoy.
