Swanger (Omaha, Nebraska), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on February 23, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Whyndom and Louise; and her sister Sharon Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Chem Elings of Atlantic, IA, Jackie Elings of Atlantic, IA, Lisa Luke of Atlantic, IA and Chuck Elings of Adair, IA; her sister Kathleen Swanger of Rogers, AR; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Andrew, Tanya, Ashton, Niki, Jordan, Dan and Shayla. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
