He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurless Sapp and Emily Sapp (Hubka); his siblings, Velora Barnard, Irene Brubaker, Ray Sapp, Dean Sapp and Lee H. Sapp; and his siblings-in-law, Lenora Sapp, Susie Sapp, Helene Sapp, Guy Brubaker and Kenny Drake.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Sapp; his daughters, Suzanne Richard (Wayne) of Ashland, Nancy Edwards (Dan) of Gretna, Mary Ziegenbein (Kevin) of Ashland and Cindy Rieke (Robert) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Abbi Eccleston (Ryan), Andy Richard (Julie), Alison Reff (Brian), Molly Edwards, Matthew Edwards (Brooke), Amy Anderson (Adam), Alex Ziegenbein (Ashley), Austin Ziegenbein (Maribeth) and Max Rieke; his sister Zelma Drake; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Sapp and Glen Barnard. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Gideons International or Good News Prison and Jail Ministries.
