He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Farrand and Minnie Farrand (Gibson); his great-grandparent Rev. D. W. Rosenkrans; his nephews, Merlyn Farrand (Linda) of Manchester, Wayne Farrand (Janice), Glenn Farrand (Diana) of Ankeny and Wendell Farrand (Beverly) of Strafford, Missouri; his niece Sheryl Farrand of Clive, Iowa; and his siblings, Forrest Farrand, Norman Farrand, Foster Farrand, Howard Farrand, Clarence Farrand and Morna Farrand. He was also cherished by eleven great nieces and nephews; twenty-five great-great nieces and nephews.
