He was predeceased by : his parents, Merill Anderson and Helen Anderson (King); his wife Florence Walters; and his siblings-in-law, Ilene Anderson and Robert Wells.
He is survived by : his daughters, Deb Frederick (Jim) of O'Neill and Nancy Buis (Greg) of O'Neill; his grandchildren, Justin Hilkemeier (Jen), Lindsay Metschke (Matthew), Jeremy Hilkemeier (Kami), Ryan Frederick (Samantha) and Brent Frederick (Jemi); his siblings, Percy Anderson of Columbus, Pauline Wells of Madison and Keith Anderson (Rita) of Beatrice; and his parents-in-law, LaVone Johring of O'Neill, Arlene Libby (Gene) of North Platte, NE, Allen Walters Sr. of Phoenix, AZ and Jeanie Davis (Stan) of Surprise, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, Merlin's family asks that everyone wear a face mask at both services.
