He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Slaymaker (Zink) and Wesley R., Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Mary Lou; his former wife Lori Klassen; his sons, Dustin Slaymaker (Jenna) of O'Neill, NE, Bob Slaymaker (Kiley), Randy Slaymaker (Kerry) and Rick Slaymaker; his sisters, Mary Brinkman (Dave) of Surprise, AZ and Sandra Slaymaker of Sun City, AZ; and also, Matt Murphy (Jade) and Heather Anderson. He is also survived by many grandkids, nieces, and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.
