He is survived by: his wife Chris Miller (Musil) of O'Neill; and his children, Joshua, Nicole Fuller of O'Neill, Lacey Miller (Brandon Schmidt) of Wood River, Todd Jr. Miller (Elisha Albrecht) of Fremont, Josh Miller (Alex) of O'Neill, Jake Miller (Emily) of Columbus and Caleb Miller (Whitney) of O'Neill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
