He was predeceased by : his father Francis R. Urban; and his brother Jerome. He is survived by : his mother Lola R. Urban (Hardle) of Osceola; and his siblings, Gregg Urban (Cindy) of Fairbury, Dick of Osceola, Kent of Osceola, Randy of Osceola, Janet Neujahr (Larry) of Osceola and Connie Boruch (Ron) of Osceola. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
