She was predeceased by : her parents, Eldredge Blain and Cynthia Blain (Shepard); her husband George G. Rouse; her siblings, Howard, Clarence Cool, Ellis, William Blain, Hazel, Edna, Florence Cool and Bettie Blain; and her grandchild Lexie Wakan LaMere.
She is survived by : her children, Gerald (Victorya) of Cheney, Washington, Retired George A. (Gayle) of Mandeville Louisiana, Travis of Gresham, Nebraska, Jason of Chicago, Illinois, Onis of Las Vegas, Ellis of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Cynthia LaMere, Ilona Anderson (Monte) of Lyman, Nebraska and Rhonda Fulton of Clarksville, Tennessee. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
